We didn’t plan on 6” of snow our second day but Roman had the walks shoveled which was so appreciated with my parents being with us for graduation. The pool table was a hit and kitchen made it so convenient to make a fantastic celebration dinner. The holiday decorations were a pleasant surprise and added to the experience. Thank you for everything, we previously have always frequented a great hotel chain in Muncie but this experience surpassed anything we could have wished for!

We were in town for work and this was a great AirBnB! The beds and couches were super comfortable, the pool table was a blast, and there are lots of great local dining spots!

What a Gem! We were in town visiting our Ball State student. The house was close to campus and an easy walk to the village. There was plenty of space and seating to host a small game night for her friends. The beds were comfortable and the home was well decorated. There were a few extras that I appreciated such as lotions in the bathrooms, spices in the kitchen, and a coffee maker in the bedroom. You can tell that Roman has taken the time to think about how to make your stay as comfortable s as possible. We would love to book this house again next time we are in town.

We will definitely be booking this Airbnb again! My son is a student at Ball State and we were hoping to find a place that was comfortable for our larger family to stay when we visit. This was it!!!! Thanks for hosting a great place. Walking distance to restaurants and campus. Parking was easy. The hangout spot outside was perfect for morning coffee or late night hangout. Inside was clean and comfortable.

Place was perfect. We were staying in town to act in play. The place was great for having a few friends back to dinner and discussion after the show. It even has a fire pit on the back we were able to sit around the fire. Very clean, close to campus, a very good stay!

The furnishings and decor were lovely! Everything was spotless, making our stay comfortable and welcoming. Roman was an excellent communicator, reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed. It's easy to see that much time and energy has gone into making the home beautiful for travelers. We couldn't have been happier!

Roman’s loft was great. It was perfect for my wife and I visiting family in the area. We thought the place was decorated very well and it was super clean/organized when we got there. Easy walk to anywhere in the downtown area. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great stay at Romans loft apartment in Wabash. The location worked great for us since our friends live about a block away from the unit. The bed was super comfy and the AC worked great during the hot weather. We were able to walk to multiple restaurants, coffee shops and wine bars. (favorite restaurant was Moon Dog) Our friends were so impressed that they were going to have visiting relatives stay at the apartment. All in all, a solid 5 out of 5. Marlin and Denise M.
